Zoe Warner

As Head of HR at The Private Office, I am responsible for shaping and implementing the people strategy that drives the company’s growth and success. I lead our exceptional HR team on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, colleague development, performance management, compensation, and colleague wellbeing, ensuring our team members are empowered and aligned with our values.

My role also extends to overseeing the Facilities department, where I ensure that our office environments are safe, efficient, and conducive to a productive and collaborative culture. By integrating HR and facilities, I ensure that The Private Office provides an exceptional colleague experience while supporting the business's operational and strategic goals.

I work closely with the rest of the leadership team to align our people initiatives and office operations with company objectives, creating a cohesive and agile environment that allows both individuals and the company to thrive.

I’m passionate about helping people excel in roles where they not only thrive but can also build a meaningful career, not just a job. Seeing colleagues grow and succeed within the company is incredibly rewarding. It’s fulfilling to contribute to a workplace where both the people and the business can achieve their full potential together.

My early career was built on HR administration and officer roles, supporting HR functions and processes. In 2016, I joined The Private Office as an HR Business Partner. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing within the company, progressing to my current role as Head of HR in 2020 as the HR team grew. In 2023, I was thrilled to be highly commended for ‘Most Inspiring Returner’ at the Women in Financial Advice Awards.

When I am not at work

I live in North Leeds and outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, making the most of our time together – it goes by too quickly! I’m always planning our next getaway and love seeing her little smile on our adventures.

My qualifications

  • First Class bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Leeds
  • CIPD Diploma in HR Practice
  • CIPD Level 7 Employment Law
