TPO Partners named PAM 2024 NextGen Leaders

Congratulations to Kirsty Stone and Paul Sanders who have made it into the 2024 PAM NextGen Leaders list.

The PAM NextGen Leaders initiative identifies, recognises, introduces and promotes the rising stars of the private client wealth management world in the UK and UK Crown Dependencies.

Kirsty is a highly accomplished Chartered Financial Planner and Adviser at The Private Office. She joined as an Adviser in 2020 and quickly rose to the position of Partner in 2023, further strengthening the gender diversity in the business. Leading a team of seven advisers, she empowers the next generation whilst managing a diverse and high-profile portfolio of private clients and business owners. Her expertise in financial planning and investment management, and her commitment to empowering women in finance all contribute to her well-deserved recognition as a top professional in wealth management.

Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner and is now into his 13th year at The Private Office. Paul started his career in the Leeds head office as a graduate. With a passion to be a Financial Adviser, he carved out the way for others and with determination and enthusiasm moved quickly from a back-office role to the front office, creating a career path for others to follow, in what is now known as the Adviser Academy. In 2015, as a qualified Adviser Paul moved to the London office to join the team in expanding the firm’s presence in the south. In 2021, Paul was made a Partner and today, looks after a broad range of private clients has one of the largest and most diverse client banks in the company, and continues to help develop young talent in our industry through the same academy he carved the way for, mentoring trainee advisers. 

It is great to be recognised within the industry, which is a testament to our excellent team here at The Private Office and the clients we are fortunate to act for.
