Nortel VoIP telephones are provided in the offices with voice mail, call forwarding, conference calling, intercom, speed dialing and other features. Virtual phone numbers can also be set up.

CALL ANSWERING

Client Services representatives will provide professional personalized telephone answering services using your company name and information. Callers can be sent to voicemail or directly to the client.

CALL PATCHING

Client Services will answer incoming calls and forwarding calls to alternate numbers as instructed. Changes to forwarding numbers can be called in to the Client Services representative during the course of the day.

CALL SCREENING

Client Services representatives will provide professional personalized telephone answering using your company name and your callers will be screened for information before the call is transferred to you.

TELEPHONE MENUS

Professional personalized telephone menus can be created and scripted for your company.
